About
The practice.
Ventori Pinnacle helps those responsible for a premises understand their position, address what matters and evidence what has been done.
Our work begins with Martyn’s Law and extends into the wider protective-security needs of the operation.
01 — Position
Independent advice. Clear accountability.
The Responsible Person retains the statutory duty. Ventori Pinnacle provides the specialist advice required to understand the position, address the gaps and document the decisions taken.
Clear advice. Proportionate action. A record capable of scrutiny.
02 — Method
Designed for the operation.
A security arrangement has little value if it cannot be understood, practised and applied by the people expected to use it.
Our work is therefore built around the premises itself: proportionate procedures, practical briefings and clear records of the decisions taken.
Where a measure is unnecessary or disproportionate, the reasoning is recorded.
Four stages. One premises at a time.
03 — The Principal
Advice informed by operational responsibility.
Domantas Trapulionis advises on protective security while retaining direct responsibility for security operations.
He covers a national, multi-site public-sector contract operating to a converged security model aligned with the GovS 007 security framework, encompassing physical, personnel and cyber risk.
His earlier career includes complex estates, a major government construction project and licensed premises across hospitality, stadiums, arenas, festivals and members’ clubs.
He has also founded and operated a security company serving hospitality venues.
His professional background includes a Level 4 Protective Security Advisor apprenticeship and continuing work across protective security, risk and the Terrorism (Protection of Premises) Act 2025.
04 — Engagement
Advice delivered at the point of responsibility.
We work with the Responsible Person or the director accountable for the operation.
The work begins by establishing the position and ends with a clear, evidenced basis for the decisions taken.
- The position comes first. Scope is established before an engagement is proposed. Where further work is not warranted, we say so.
- The fee is fixed. Scope and fee are agreed in writing before work begins.
- Proportionate measures. Advice is tailored to the premises and its circumstances. Where a measure is unnecessary, the reasoning is recorded.
- Limited by design. A deliberately limited number of engagements allows the work to remain premises-specific and properly considered.
Measured advice. Clear accountability. No unnecessary complexity.
