Privacy notice.
What we collect, why, and how long we keep it. Short, because we collect very little.
01 — Who we are
The controller.
Ventori Pinnacle is a trading name of Domantas Trapulionis, who is the controller for personal data collected through ventoripinnacle.com. A limited company is currently being incorporated. When it is on the register this section will be updated to give the registered name, company number and registered office, and the company will become the controller from that date.
For any question about this notice, or to exercise any of the rights set out below, write to enquiries@ventoripinnacle.com. We aim to respond within one working day, and in any event within the one month the law allows.
02 — What this site collects
Almost nothing, by design.
- No analytics. There is no Google Analytics, no tag manager, no pixel and no third-party script of any kind on this site.
- No cookies. The site sets none. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
- No third-party requests. Fonts are served from our own domain rather than a font CDN, specifically so that your IP address is not disclosed to another company when you read a page.
- The scope checker and gap checker send nothing. They run entirely in your browser. What you enter is never transmitted, stored or logged. If you then choose to send an enquiry, the contact form shows a one-line summary of your result (for example, “gap checker: standard tier, not ready yet, 2 legal gaps”) and includes it only if you leave it there.
03 — The contact form
Only what you type.
If you use the contact form we receive the name, email address, organisation, premises type, number of sites, timing and message you enter, any checker summary you leave in place, together with the date and time. Your enquiry is delivered to our email inbox, and a copy is kept in a private area of our web hosting account, not reachable from the website, in case the email goes astray. Our hosting provider also records standard web server logs, which include IP addresses.
Purpose: to reply to your enquiry and, if it leads to work, to carry out that engagement. Lawful basis: legitimate interests — responding to someone who has asked us to — and, where an engagement follows, performance of a contract.
Your details are not added to a mailing list, not used for marketing, and not sold or shared with third parties for their own purposes.
04 — Retention
How long we keep it.
- Enquiries that do not lead to work: 12 months, then deleted. The copy on our hosting account is deleted automatically at 12 months.
- Engagement records: retained for the period required for contractual, insurance and professional purposes. Confirm this period with your insurer and accountant before launch.
- Server logs: as retained by the hosting provider under its own policy.
05 — Your rights
What you can ask for.
You have the right to ask for a copy of your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability where it applies. To exercise any of these, contact us at the address above.
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
06 — Changes
Updates to this notice.
