Legal
Terms of use.
The terms on which this website is provided. Engagement terms are separate and are agreed in writing before any work starts.
These terms cover use of this website only. They are not engagement terms. The basis on which work is carried out is set out in the written scope and fixed price issued before any engagement begins, and that document governs the work.
Ventori Pinnacle is a trading name of Domantas Trapulionis. A limited company is being incorporated; this page will carry its registered name, number and office once it is on the register.
01 — Scope
What these terms cover.
These terms govern your use of ventoripinnacle.com. They do not govern any consultancy engagement — that is covered by a separate written agreement, issued with a scope and a fixed price before work begins.
02 — The content is general
Information, not advice.
Everything published here, including the guide to Martyn's Law and the scope checker, is general information about the Terrorism (Protection of Premises) Act 2025 and protective security practice. It is not legal advice, and it is not advice about your specific premises.
The scope checker is explicitly indicative. It applies published capacity thresholds to figures you supply. It cannot see your premises, it does not know how your capacity is calculated, and its output is not a determination of whether the Act applies to you.
Statutory duties under the Act rest with the Responsible Person for the premises. Nothing on this site transfers, reduces or discharges that responsibility, and nothing on this site should be relied on as confirmation that you have met it.
03 — Accuracy
We keep it current, but check the source.
Legislation and statutory guidance change. We take reasonable care to keep this site accurate, but we do not warrant that it is complete or current at the moment you read it. Where a specific date or threshold matters to a decision, check the current Home Office guidance or ask us.
04 — Liability
Limits.
To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for loss arising from reliance on the general information published on this site. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. This clause in particular needs a solicitor's eye before launch.
05 — Intellectual property
Ownership.
The content, wordmark and crest on this site belong to Ventori Pinnacle. You may read, print and share pages for your own or your organisation's internal use. Republishing content commercially, or presenting it as your own, is not permitted.
06 — Security research
Reporting a vulnerability.
If you believe you have found a security issue with this site, we would like to hear about it. Contact details and expectations are published at /.well-known/security.txt. Please report privately and give us a reasonable opportunity to fix it before disclosing publicly.
07 — Governing law
Jurisdiction.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
